Sorry I haven't been where I could answer this properly until now. In the
Transposition dialog, select the Bass Clarinet transposition (Bb up a M9),
then change the Interval to 15. Done.

Hi Robert ... I did as instructed, but the Contra doesn't sound an
octave lower than the B.C. when played back if they are doubling
the same part, should not the C.B. sound down an octave from the B.C.?
I must be missing something

Dean. First check to be sure the CB Cl. is actually notated in the same
octave as the B Cl. Just changing the transposition dialog would have made
notes in the CB Cl staff all appear an octave higher.
If that's not the problem, then view the score in concert pitch and be sure
the concert pitches

I believe Brass Band tuba has it?
Otherwise, use the octave transposition and the treble clef with an 8
below. You can change it graphically.
