I am looking at the list of mirrors listed by Sourceforge (not the list
of SF mirrors listed by Fink), and finding that internap, west, us, and
eu are not on that list

isn't listed as a sourceforge mirror as of now, at least not for the
psi jabber client. It does respond to pings, though.
