GnuCash), I've built a test Debian and Fink package. (I'm co-maintainer for
QOF in Debian).

I have uploaded a new revision of the pymol-py.info file which limits
the package to building against freeglut. This should eliminate your last
remaining complaint. Can we please proceed with depreciating the pymol
package from fink 10.3 and 10.4-transitional unstable and replacing it

I have noticed that the recent changes to fink in 10.4-transitional
unstable make builds very fragile. For example, if one has glut and
glut-shlibs installed and with the new proposed packaging for pymol-py
(which limits the build to against freeglut) installed in
/sw/fink/10.4-transition
