biopython-py27 seems to be missing a dependency on flex. Installing biopython-py27 (fink install biopython-py27) failed with the error below when I did a clean install of Fink after upgrading to Mountain Lion. This was fixed by installing flex (fink install flex). Best,

Hi, which gfortran /sw/bin/gfortran Actually, I have installed another fortran compiler! (I think that is the newest fortran compiler called gfortran, so I do it.) But I forgot which directory is the one I installed? It looks like the new gfortran I installed replaced the fink one!
