I have been running the 10.4 transitional tree. Following the
instructions from the fink website, I converted to the 10.4 tree.
Everything seemed to go fine including the selfupdate and the update
all. Today I realized that /sw/bin/svnserve is missing. I believe
it's part of the svn-ssl

Do you have the /usr/bin/cvs executable? It comes with the developer tools.
