[Fink-users] GNU-Darwin Stuff in /usr/local

This seems to be a common problem, with the libgcc.dylib and such. The problem that I have is that there's a fair amount of non-GNU-Darwin stuff in /usr/local (including my teTeX installation) and I don't know what's specific to GD. Anyone has a list or something? Thanks.

A very practical solution to this problem is: if you run into trouble compiling a Fink package, try "sudo mv /usr/local /usr/local.bak" and then compile the package. Afterwards, you can do "sudo mv /usr/local.bak /usr/local" to restore things to their original state. The things most likely to cau
