This doesn't have anything to do with your selfupdate, since the file
that was changed (libXrandr.2.dylib) isn't provided through Fink. You
can verify that by running
dpkg -S /usr/X11/lib/libXrandr.2.dylib
which will return nothing, meaning that Fink's dpkg tool,

After recompiling kdelibs3-unified everything went fine.
