automatic service recovery since at least WinXP and the service can autostart
automatically.
The only issue is that the restart will not happen immediately, but after 1
minute (interval granularity is minutes,

The recovery interval is milliseconds as far as I can tell from this

The UI says minutes, but the Services API says specified in milliseconds.

Yes, it is.
Zero does not, however, guarantee immediately, there can be a lag in the

distinguished.
Rather than MON$SEC_DATABASE_USED name, MON$SEC_DATABASE would seem cleaner.
