It is possible to encode ANY file to base64 and insert it on a page (a
flash file, an image, a sound). The problem is that IE doesn´t support it.
You can do (for example)

Does anyone else find it funny that even though IE doesn't support this,
Outlook does? I've received all kinds of stupid emails with encoded sounds,
images and other objects from relatives...
