This depends on when the component you're using is instantiated. I don't
think the component will instantiate before the vars. The vars should be
available on the very first frame, meaning they are set before you're even
allowed to execute code...

Yeah, for me average time is around 3 hours. Sometimes longer. One
post I sent in last week took 24 hours. Sadly, makes the list
borderline useful.

The Flashcomm list has been back up since Nov 1. My guess is that you need
to resubscribe. I think the corruption that brought the list down resulted
in the subscriber list being lost. I am guessing that because there has
been very low traffic since it came back up. The following link
