That xml editor thing looks cool for a few applications that I have... but
what I don't see is where it is available for download. Seems like he has
just finished it and hasn't released it yet. Have you been using it?

I have not used it apart from the demo, so I only have a 1000 yard view,
but from the doc's / demo it looks very
damn, that looks pretty cool. And a good potential solution for low
budget/no budget projects where the client wont be willing to pay for
a true CMS.

Recently I worked with a team, using Expression Engine. Core module is free,
and additional modules are paid, but really not expensive. The job was very
smooth and seems the cms is really easy to customize, generating xml based
on templates. I'm going to buy some book to learn it and start a new
