Thanks for responding. No custom bars, no background images. It only
is loaded, (even if browser cache cleared) It is just that initial time
that it does not appear.
Any thoughts as to why this might be and/or how to fix it?

Thanks for the code Abdul. I just wanted to point out one small bug to
those who what to use the code. This code only works if the (for
example) hbox is empty, if it has children it gets an error on
rollover. problem is this line:
var component:UIComponent = UIComponent (event.target);
it should
Library at compile time?
Will this fix my problem?
If there is a better way can you tell me how?
PS: I using mostly Flex Builder and am only basically familiar with
the command line and its options.
