Hi, I had the same idea a time ago. The invisible swf that would preload the RSL while a html page show some content that the user would read, that way the swf would be 'transparently' loaded. Appears to be a good idea, I didn't have time to implement it, but I really don't see any problem with

Hi, I'm currently considering persuading a client to move a highly-trafficked site's widgets over to Flex. The big hurdle is of course the increased download that comes with Flex. Having weighed up the options, I certainly want to use Flex, and have no doubt that through the use of the Framew
