I have on the same machine, however I stop tomcat when I started
oc4j.
I tryed to solve the proble changed the port number,
changed the default channel from rtmp to amf but nothing
work.
Another applications that use only blazeds works
fine.

installation on the same machine?
If so, are they running at the same time?
If so, you'll probably see that lcds app running on tomcat has already bound to
the port 2038, and so your lcds app on OC4J has failed to bind
