There are a couple but none are comprehensive.
The ones of note are
- Flickr actionscript API's on google which are nice if you
need to see both the API and a number of comprehensive ways they are
used. I would rate them "ok":

Actionscript can do REST just fine. From AIR. Flash Player however cannot.
It's a limitation imposed on the plugin by the browsers. However, we've been
told to keep our ears open for an announcement about (what will hopefully
be) a relaxing of some other networking restrictions imposed on the playe
