Could you or someone else list the steps to setup psk31 with sdr1000?
I've never done it and any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
I used it for PSK31 operation tonight and will be
putting it to use on other modes over the next few days.

There's no difference between PSK31 and RTTY and just about _any_ use of
the SDR 1000 with third party software.

The SDR-1000 selection in DXLab Commander was designed to support the old VB
version of the console. Use one of the Kenwood emulations on both Commander
and your SDR-1000.

Thanks, Bill. The real kudos go to the Flex team for the underlying code
foundation they've created and the updates they continue to provide. My
changes are really just straightforward mods to this existing code base. If
a hardware engineer like me can figure out what's going on (for the most

George,
Goodness, that slice of moose poop pie I just finished was good!
Looking at the 87A manual I think the amp is automatically switched by
incoming RF from the SDR-1000 so you don't need the key input line or
the diode line.
I was thinking your amp was more along the lines of the Drake

My radio receive performance seems to have dropped off a cliff in the last 2
days.
Last week from idaho I was listening to puerto rico talk to japan on 17m, now
it's just noise.
Could this be due to the magnetic storm or did my crimp connections on the loop
flake out? I am new to radio so
After I originally posted regarding my Firebox problems you sent a very
interesting mail about the dsp wraparound effect. I totally saw this at 96k, the
signals wrapped around to the right side of the panadapter. The effect was
very prominent. I have been wondering ever since about the reports
to the keying input of the transmitter.
And the pdf manual is here.

Will someone send me the Console file. It seems to download it I have to
join Yahoo -- I already get to much spam - I don't need another account.
Thanks for taking the time.

The current Ap is 45 and the Kp is 4. That indicates some geomagnetic

Attention all Flexers!
It is with great excitement that I can announce that through the
dedication and hard work from Ray, K9DUR we now have an easy to use and

Yes, and I at first thought it was the radio since wwv was quite low from
2.5 to 15 (20 is always low). wwv had been very strong since I set up
the new antenna.
