Bill, The power meter defaults to the upper right corner of the SmartSDR GUI's main window. If you don't see it, make sure the TX Menu is open (2nd icon on lower left). Then make sure the TX tab is selected to show that panel. Here's a link to the Operating Manual which has screenshots that may
