Further justification for our high opinion of flexradio.

Is the transmit profile supposed to change when the selected mode changes?

I am running an AMD 64 x2 4600 - 1G of 800Mhz ram - on a gigabyte board -
absolutely no problems - totally uneventful .
Running XP pro - SP2 etc.
Using FA66 at 192 sample rate, dms780 psk31, no problems.
Even works with avg virus stuff chugging away on the hard drives (2 sata, 1
ide).
Maybe saw
Maybe implemented as a reverse of the present bandpass. Would really help
in getting the 1khz by +40db pks31 signal down to a mild roar!

I keep visualizing a click - add a notch button, after which a notch would
appear as a hole in the passband whose edges would adjust like the outer
edges of the passband. This could REALLY help psk31!

I have noticed that puppy also, but it seems to move a bit more slowly than
you describe, but I haven't timed it.

Subject: [Flexradio] WWV question
I noticed a fix for drift caused by 12v droop during xmit.
Has this been incorporated into the latest sdr1000??
I'm getting about 15Hz when coming out of xmit on psk31.

My AMD 64x2 4600 runs good. I have not become aware of any problems (yet!)
The dual core DOES seem to keep things happy since there is one available
for sdr when some other program decides to do something stupid, like a spin
loop waiting for something to happen!
