Yes, the PowerSDR.mdb file is a Microsoft Access database file, The table
you would want to modify is the BandText table. ALWAYS make a back-up copy
of your PowerSDR.mdb file before editing it directly!

I have been using my SDR-1000 for weak signal VHF-and-up work.
I want to use it also in the FM Simplex portions of some of the
VHF-and-up bands. Because of the LO frequencies of my transverters,
this will require that the SDR-1000 operate slightly out of the 28-30
MHz band.
