The red tilde is now animated and spinning. The top light
is blinking, the other lights are constantly on (from 1800z
to 0600z). There are a few lights still missing.

Arghh ... the admins are currently working on the server setup and
at the moment it seems to delivering arbitrary documents and pictures.
