Can you please provide more details on how you solved this issue? I have also
upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04 and my sound is gone in FG.
I checked my home directory and I don't have any .alsoftrc directory there.

I have tested these modifications to the master branch and in order for the
photos to be shown in the terrain, the shadder effect (inside the Rendering
Options menu) needs to be set to Performance (0); Otherwise the regular
terrain materials will show.
I believe that this patch is a great addition
I can see that mapserver has many different sources (Google maps, yahoo, corine
2006, corine 2000, landcover vmap, landcover vmap test, etc). I I understand
that some of these sources are copyrighted materials, but is there a way that I
can tell Terrasync to download anything else other than Vm

Best of all, the new features are based on user community requests, and not
driven by economic incentives. Some of these features are already in the works
