All, I downloaded the file landstat_oshkosh-20070714.tar.gz from the World Custom Scenery Project. I extracted the file. I copied the folder w090n40 into data/Scenery/Terrain/. I started FlighGear the new scenery was in place. I do not use Terrasync. I suspect Terrasync is fetching or
