I'm using 0.92 scenery to produce maps, as per the link from the website.
Is this the correct set to be using for CVS FlightGear? When I produce
maps from this, using Atlas, with:
./Map --fgroot=/mnt/bigone/bigone-temp/flightgear/data
--atlas=/mnt/bigone/bigone-temp/flightgear/data/Maps

Ah, OK - I can understand that. However, I left this machine working
over-night whilst producing the maps (ie. no-one was using
it). Would this
be a screensaver issue? I would be surprised if it was, as
only certain
parts of the map are consistently bad.

It may be
try this
opening the FlightGear.app with Ctr and right mouseclick and then placing the content of MacOS in the FlightGear-0.9.4 directory made everything working

Absolutely, 100% yes. I had to turn my screensaver off
