Hi Gleb,
Just for your reference.
We have the awesome-dotnet-core collection at
https://github.com/thangchung/awesome-dotnet-core
We try to update all the newest packages that support dotnet core as soon
as possible.
Hope this help.
Regards,
Thang.

Hello everyone.
I haven't looked into .NET Core yet, but word is out that it's awesome and
very convenient to get your code working for beta 2 and then have to almost
redo everything when RC hits the door.
Seriously though, I expect to have some time in October to *try and update

You haven't told me anything I don't already know, and/or learned about the
nature of NHibernate and the proxied domain objects.
I
You can't cast the proxy. You can cast the proxied object. Therein lies the
difference.
I try to avoid casting anyways. I'd rather use a visitor pattern as it
maintains completeness.

What does you session strategy look like now?
I've taken the approach of creating a new session at
Application_BeginRequest and storing it in the HttpContext. So it's a
session per request.
I inject my session into a generic Repository and the repositories into my
controllers using windsor and

No, that's not what Oskar wrote, one the one hand; see below:
public TCastTarget As()
{
return (TCastTarget)this;
}
That's exactly Oskar's trick: You call the proxy, into the proxied object
and get it to cast itself.
cup.Juice.As()
Try it. :-)
Alternative, you can return the inner, unproxied object, by adding a method
like this to the base class:
public virtual object UnproxiedObject { get { return this; }

Do you understand what's going on with Proxying? You don't see it in your
code, but what
Hello.
What kind of exceptions are you getting? What does it say?
I'm not familiar with Autofac, but according to NHibernate docs, ISession
is *NOT *thread-safe - so you should modify your lifecycle accordingly, I
suppose.
