simpletest). I'm using mac. Until now I have only managed to listen to fred
and company, but I'd also like to record them (or save them as

the way I've done this in the past is to take the signal, Fred et al. out
of the mac via the speaker output and into a recording device - such as a
minidisc and then feed that back in to the mac and into a wave editing
program (like pro tools, sound edit etc.). In this program I'd cut it
