I have released a solid version of my Dustismo font. It is a standard
sans-serif font, with italics, bold, bold italics included. I released it
under the GPL so should meet most linux peoples needs. It looks quit nice
with font smoothing on (if I do say so myself). and I was
D From what they tell me it seems that the font renderer is not
D recognizing the embedded bitmaps and is reverting to the hinting
D instructions (which I didn't spend much time on).. Is this true?
This is true in XFree86 4.2.0. It will hopefully no longer be true in
4.3.0.
