I am getting an error using FOP 0.20.3
[ERROR]: At least one of minimum, optimum, or maximum IPD must be
specified on table.
What does IPD refer to?
That is, how best to fix this?

My current need is to output "chunks" which are,
more-or-less, formatted like from/to/postage blocks
on an envelope. The "chunks" are full page width
