Frederic,
FOP now only supports background-image and non of the other related
properties (like background-repeat). If you want your logo once on the
center of the page, create a page size image with the logo in the middle
other space should be white. Use this as your background image.

Is it possible to allocate a column-width a value like 100%?
inline-progression-dimension fop does not support, does it?

Dear Ahmed,
I think you can start out by using page-sequence/@master-reference
instead of page-sequence/@master-name. This probably will already
solve a lot of your problems. I don't know a stylesheet that solves this
problem. Another way is to parse your FO against the fo.dtd. I think you
can

/g
/svg
What is wrong? FOP, Batik?

Jochen,
The only working solution for named destinations I found was using a
acrobat plugin called NameIt. You can try it at:

Hi,
You can also look at this page:
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/SVG-Implementations.htm8#convert
I used CR2V (http://www.celinea.com/) and this works for me.

Hi Sander,
The limitation is that fo:block-container can only be a direct child of
fo:flow. So if you put a fo:block-container in a fo:block you get
strange error messages and the fo:block-container disappears.
Hope this helps,
