The only free tool I know of is FOA (Formatting Objects Author). There are a

I tried XSLFast, it crashed the WHOLE machine (Windows XP) within about
2 minutes of using it. After the reboot and the 2nd crash I gave up on
it. If anyone has had more luck with it I'd be interested in how good
