I am having problems
with my table creation. Specifically the header. I want my table header to
appear once and then the table body uses a xsl:for-each to run through
certain nodes and populate the body.

serifin the legend and it appears broken and hardly visible in the pdf

I was
having a similar problem recently and i fixed it my changing my header settings
in the response. They were Pragma, no-cache and Cache Control, no-cache. I
changed them to use an expiry date instead.
