Mhmm, it doesn't work here, even if i put the external-graphic in a
table-cell that has i.e. the size 4cm the SVG is scaled to the full body
width. But i found out something interesting:
The height of the table cell (with the svg image) is calculated
correctly. The height of the cell is the
