My goal is to have: first page master rest page master last page master     Regardless of the attributes on the conditional-page-master-reference(s), the 2nd entry is always executed for the pages that are not the first.   Use case: conditional-page-master-refer

I have switched things around in the layout, just a bit, with the same results.  I have tried the following with a trial of XEP, and the proper page master is selected.   I know this is a bug with FOP, and I would like to contribute a patch.  Can someone give me a jump start point me to t
