If you are executing FOP from the fop.bat/fop shell script you can change the value of LOG_LEVEL variable towards the bottom of the file. Otherwise set the system property org.apache.commons.logging.simplelog.defaultlog=WARN/ERROR. This can be achieved by using the -D flag on the java command.
