Well, you seem to be switching to font-family=Symbol while font-weight is bold. FOP just informs you that it hasn't found a bold Symbol font and is instead using a normal Symbol font. To get rid of the warning, just specify font-weight=normal when you switch to Symbol or ZapfDingbats in your
