[fossil-users] Where is the UI for close/open leaf?

Where is the UI to close/open a leaf? I was sure I had seen it somewhere in the web interface in the past, but recently needing to close a branch I couldn't find it and ended up using the fossil tag add --raw closed ... command to add it from the command line. Can someone please remind me
