Thanks, I will try it.  I don't have any serious gripe here, since
it's easy enough to set the USER environment variable, but for LOGNAME
being the "canonical" environment variable to indicate the login user,
see http://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/007908799/xbd/envvar.html.
