Somebody implied that Fossil bug tracking requires the CLI. http://www.slant.co/topics/2727/viewpoints/8/sections/4/comments#1 I don't think that's true, but when I go to http://fossil-scm.org and click on tracker, there is no way to enter a bug, even if I log in as anonymous. I haven't actually
