True, making a clone would also copy the user accounts. This does not really provide a solution for user account push/pull/sync. The work-around is to: 1 - Clone the remote fossil 2 - Sync your changes with the Clone 3 - Replace your fossil with the Clone This seems to undermine the elegance of
