It may already be common knowledge, but I'll share in case others read the archives later. It's true that https://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline?t=potato will show the timeline but what I found out is that the rss can filter by the tag: https://www.fossil-scm.org/index.html/timeline.rss?tag=potato No tag potato exists so no results are returned.
