I received this email from Matias Fonzo in reply to a message I sent him
earlier today. With his permission, I am forwarding it to the list.
The bottom line is that the requiring JavaScript access has proven to be
fatal for his project's usage of Fossil.

I'm not saying that it's necessarily a bug, but
it would be nice if during the VACUUM'ing phase of the
fossil rebuild a_huge.fossilrepository --vacuum --compress --cluster
the Fossil Web GUI would say that the repository is
currently being rebuilt in stead of saying
