I'm a bit frustrated here because I can't figure out how to move a
checkin I did yesterday to a new branch. I know it can be done because
I see drh do it all the time. I tried fossil tag branch but it told me
to use fossil branch new. Now I have a new branch based on the checkin
from yesterday,
