Hello, I have problem with syncing fossil repositories on Windows. Breakage seems to occur between versions [9b30c01e8b](last syncing version) and [f62bedf1ef](first broken version) It would be nice to retain the ability to sync between clones as featured in [9b30c01e8b] and previous. Test
