Hello,

In doing FOSSIL –GDIFF between two check-ins using the –FROM and –TO option of
the command,
I’m shown the files (left and right window in WinDiff) with auto-generated temp
filenames at the top for each side, respectively.

This makes it impossible to know which files I’m looking at, unless I have this
information also as part of the file.

I suppose FOSSIL extracts the files to compare using temp filenames
automatically generated. Would it possible to prepend the actual filename so
that instead of “skldfjgnksdjfgnsdfg” (sample temp filename) I get this
“actual_filename_skldfjgnksdjfgnsdfg” (actual together with temp)
to help know which files I’m dealing with at the moment?

Note: This is on Windows – not sure if a similar issue also appears under Linux.
This is fossil version 1.35 [72df287cf3] 2016-06-11 20:13:22 UTC

Strangely, if I use only the –FROM option, this problem does not exist.

Thank you.
