[fossil-users] Getting a database locked error in fossil sync

Hi, I created a repository and cloned it. I then created a working copy and added some files. I also added some unversioned files. A fossil check-in goes through fine. And fossil uv ls command shows me the unversioned files I've added. However, when I try to run the fossil sync command, I get
