independent from FOSSology here:

Yes,it is possible to display the full file path.
Please check line 356 in
https://github.com/spdx-tools/fossology-spdx/blob/master/src/spdx/ui/spdx_license_once.php;
and change the fileName to a new variable having the whole path.

I understand we need to change $fileName to $FilePath at line 356.
I will change locally here and test.
Do you have any plans to change this line and release to SPDX module?
Does this change is complaint to Specification SPDX 1.2 or 2.0 version?
