I imagine you're looking at ICC doc on FoxDoc right?
Don't bother running Foxboro's util to read or install
the cd, just explore and find the index page in the
docs folder on the cd.
Look for Integrated Control Block Description document
(B0193AX).
For example the ACCUM block in section 1.3

contained a pointer to the ICC online help for parameter descriptions and
not to the document I mean
