I've never seen this problem in FM 10 before. I had upgraded to 10 earlier this
summer, but only began to have problems in the past week.
The version of FM is 10.0.1.408, installed on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. I
have 8 GB RAM with an Intel Core 2 processor.
Whenever I open an FM file,

I have a multi-page table that skips to the next page to start, leaving most of
the previous page blank. The table is preceded by a heading. Both the heading
and the table start on the next page.

Somehow I managed this with arabic some years ago. We did the original in
Word and/or OpenOffice and then I either copy/pasted the text into FM or
imported the file (can't remember which), and, to my surprise, FM managed to
even keep the punctuation (commas and full stops) correct. That
In addition to what Richard said, table rows don't split across pages. So if
you have really long table rows, it can cause awkward page breaks.

Apparently Acrobat remembers whatever zoom was in effect when the
bookmark was created instead of the default zoom level set for the
document.
Try this: Go to a page which has the incorrect zoon level and change it
to the level you wish, then save the pdf, go to the next incorrect
zoomed
The initial page and zoom level can be set in the properties for the PDF in
Adobe Pro for any given document.
Then, after saving, it will always open at that page and at that same zoom
level whenever the document is opened - even by other people.
Look at File-Properties and then the tab
and XML outputs?
