HI Deanne, Yes, this is indeed a big problem. I didn't realize it was a problem until I was sitting with an engineer, who's time is very precious and I'm trying to update my text according to his edits, as we proceed and I couldn't proceed because I couldn't get the shortcuts to work. F8 and F9

I thought I remembered seeing some option like that too, but I can't find where it gets toggled on/off. The icon that the help is talking about is in the book's toolbar - it just toggles the names of the files that make up the book between their file name and header text - it has no effect on

Before you update your book, open all the files in the book and it should work. For the font problem, try at the book level Control+F (Find), Character Format, then look thru the list of formats for one that's grayed out. If it's a short document you should be able to manually change the

Someone can recommend a script to do that. If you're comfortable editing MIF files, convert it to MIF and search for it there. If none of that works, you can try this (Frame 8 steps): File > Preferences > General, uncheck Remember Missing Font Names. Open all files in the book, uncheck that
