The zoom value is stored in each file. To adjust it globally in the book, merely open a file, set the zoom value where you want it, and then select the files you want to change in the book and use File Import Formats to bring in the change. Unfortunately, I'm not sure which checkbox to check

Hi Nancy - If you open all files in the book and select them, you can then go to View > Zoom > 100%. If you want all the files to be 120% (my favorite zoom level), you would then select View > Zoom > In. That will take it up a notch on the standard zoom ladder. Hope this helps - D On
