We upgraded from FM 7.x to 10 earlier this year (unstructured). I like a lot of the new features, but we do see quite a few crashes. I have also gotten out of memory errors when dealing with large books (and I'm on a Win7 VM with 4GB RAM). If you're stable and happy, there is no burning

There are some real improvements in 9 and 10, especially for translations stuff (FM10), but at this point in the development cycle I'd wait for FM 11. It's not a bad idea to download the FM10 trial to get familiar with some of the changes in advance of that. (I have no idea when FM 11 might
